Cosmetic Sample Checklist for Shanghai-to-Italy Air Freight
Cosmetic samples from Shanghai to Italy still require true product names, ingredients or formulation records, form, unit volume, packing, value and use. Liquids, creams, powders, alcohol-containing products and pressure containers need SKU-level review and leak-control packing. Acceptance, declaration, tax, customs and timing depend on the actual product, destination requirements and current channel.
Identify every SKU by real name, form, formulation data, volume, packing, purpose and value, then complete closure, secondary containment and restraint. Sample status does not create automatic acceptance or import exemption.
Identify the actual sample product
Record the name, use, ingredients or formulation, liquid/cream/powder form, unit content, container, closure, quantity and photos. Test and retail packs must be distinguished, and alcohol, aerosols, powders or other relevant attributes disclosed.
Reduce leakage impact with suitable packing
Check caps, pumps, nozzles and seals. Use compatible secondary containment or absorbent material for liquids and creams, protect fragile containers and separate SKUs. Remeasure after final closure; packing reduces risk but cannot guarantee no leakage.
Sample quotation checklist
Keep files, photos and sample versions aligned. A new formula, volume, container or seal needs a new review, and samples are not automatically zero value.

Separate transport review from Italian import responsibility

Check product, packing and receiver before handover
Product staff verify formulation and version, warehouse staff inspect closure and packing, and shipping staff reconcile files and receiver data. Isolate leakage, broken containers or substitutions and send the final record to Manager He.
